A landlord asked me to terminate a lease early because he wanted to sell the property. It was so much trouble to do it, I'll spare you the details, but I did what the landlord wanted. However, it didn't matter how I was nice and gentle to them. They asked me to make the property like a brand new house. Of course I hired a professional cleaner to clean the house at the end of the lease however they weren't satisfied with it. Some parts of the House were in pretty bad condition before I moved in, so I took some pictures of them to compare before and after moving and emailed them. But I don't think they care about it. I doubt the house was cleaned by a professional cleaner before I moved in. So, I asked the agency about it and the answer was they didn't know. You will meet hell at the end of the lease.
