Everyone was amazingly helpful and hospitable! Our first ever new car experience and it was pretty great.Only thing I would say is double check the information on the signs in the car windows as the wrong info had been put on ours as the template hadn't been updated correctly but Luke was 100% a champion about it!

Poor service i have called three times asking about getting my cars ICC unit coded and wanting to talk to their mechanic and then been told that they would call back at a later time because they are busy the fourth time now and now I'm being told to email my question to them id rather drive to another Ford service station on the other side of Australia than drive an hour for them.

Extremely unprofessional. Was belittled and made to feel stupid. I asked a simple question and as someone new to the whole car experience I didn’t expect such a reaction. All I wanted to know was how trading in would work. Left the whole experience extremely upset. Would not recommend.
