I first met Les professionally approx 10yrs ago.He is courteous, kind,empathetic and extremely professional!I had unfortunately had a couple of accidents over the years & at the time was in a degree of pain with complete adhesive capsulitis( frozen shoulder). It had no movement at all- therefore required steriod injections into various areas. There was talk of possible surgery!I knew Les knew his craft well, so i approached him for his services to review & advise of any exercises etc that i would need?( as id been told i would need physio multiple times per week)He was gentle & showed, guided me through exactly what i needed to do to ensure i attended to the exercises correctly in proper positioning. Along with how often in order to gain full range of motion/ movement back!I did exactly what he said & i can tell u honestly i have complete movement in that shoulder with no further injections or surgery ever required!!I had complete trust in Les & his knowledge- & it payed off!!If i were to need more physio for any reason, i would NOT hesitate in seeing Les!I dont think i ever thanked you properly Les for all your help & expertise!!So a HUGE THANK YOU for ALL of your patience & assistance!!It was then & still is, greatly appreciated!!!Toni-Luan Yato
