Dr Indrani Mukherjee was extremely incompetent. She missed 20 minutes of my session time simply because she did not realise I was in the waiting room (she did not have another patient with her). She did not make up for this time and she charged me for a full session. She had not read my GP referral letter, and she allowed her mobile phone to ring no less then five times in our session. She took a lengthy phone call on her mobile while in session. I would also like to add that MacDonald's left overs on the practitioner's desk do not fill a client with confidence in the Drs ability to display professionalism in the workplace.

Don't waste your time going here. Jill Abehouse lacks professionalism and has no empathy at all. The only good thing is It's bulk billed but they don't care about patients at all. Don't waste your time here, find some other good Psychologist.

I had waited six months for a specific assessment. On the day, there was no assessment, just a generic session. It was evident that Dr Rastogi had not done any prep or considered why i had booked. When i started to talk about my desires for this assessment to take place, Dr Rastogi mentioned that it was not possible because:1. I was married2. I was employed3. I was educated.Since I have had the screening take place at a different organisation. The screening came back and confirmed my diagnosis.I believe having a 'professional' using throwaway lines as a way to disregard genuine customer/patients concerns is dangerous. People come to mental health specialists when they are vulnerable and require assistance, not to be told how things aren't possible due to invalid stereo types.When i did call later to give this feedback, i was hung up on. As a result, i have left this review in the hope that my feedback and concerns will be considered more seriously.

Dr Rastogi and Indrani have been the first mental health professionals I've had take me seriously in over 10 years of treatment. They are very easy to talk to and I've finally found the help and treatment I've been needing for many years. I can't stress enough how fantastic MediMind has been and how much the staff have helped me. 100% recommend.

I was nervous to see someone for so long and so proud of myself for actually going,Then I got Dr Rastogi…Appointment started late, took a phone call in the first 10 minutes while I sat there waiting welling up with tears wanting to leave.Do not recommend AT ALL go else where

I was being treated for anxiety and panic attacks, by Dr Indrani Mukherjee. We were trying to determine any past Traumatic incidents, Dr Mukherjee asked me to compile a journal, listing and detailing any past traumatic events.I did that, and as such recovered a very traumatic memory.I pointed out to Dr Indrani that the recovery of this memory sparked a severe panic attack.I emailed the journal to Dr Indrani Mukherjee, and asked her to use the time in our next scheduled meeting to go over my journal, and contact me to arrange another consultation so we could discuss it.I had asked her NOT to cancel the appointment, but use the time of the appointment to read over my journal.That quite obviously did not happen. The appointment was cancelled, on the 29th, the day before the appointment was scheduled. And I have been trying to speak to Dr Indrani Mukherjee, ever since. I have asked that she call me, she has not once called me.I have asked that the Consulting Psychiatrist from Medimind call me, to discuss Dr Indrani’s complete lack of empathy and duty of care responsibilities, to have at least responded to my 2 emails, or 5 phone calls.Very poor form indeed, and interestingly this review corroborates other reviews regarding the psychologists at Medimind.I have lodged a formal complaint with the Governing Body.

I have been seeing Dr Mukherjee for the past year or so, and i appreciate the amount of empathy and understanding she has given me. There has been a few times with other psychologists where i did not feel heard, but with Dr Indrani it was not the case.I implore people to find the right psychologist for them, and if they do not click with the human in front of them to look for another option as for me it took 2-3 tries to find a suitable psychologist.❤️

Highly recommend if adhd steer clear. Told them exactly what they had done to agitate me, told them how to calm the situation and what the trigger was. When told the trigger instead of being sensitive to the fact of adhd and being put in an agitated state she then insisted on turning ignorant and seemed to want to agitate me more

Go elsewhere is genuinely the best advice I can possibly give to anyone.I made the mistake of waiting 7 months for an appointment here with Doctor" Richa Rastogi and was referred here through a GP and after a terrible experience from start to finish from reception to seeing Dr. Richa Rastogi I went home and began reading the many bad reviews

I spoke to dr abeshouse on two occasions over the phone. Never met her face to face. I was sent text message for my next appointment. Did not state in that message and previous messages I still have on my phone said whether it was a teleconference call or I needed to see her in the office so I rang the day and said to them that I had not received a phone call from Dr Jill Abeshouse. They told me that I was supposed to come into the office.Next day, I got a phone call from Dr Jills office to tell me that she no longer wants to see me, because I had missed two appointments how professional of her if I could give her below. Zero stars, I would.It is very strange that Dr has never met your face to face does not even know where you come from your background. She can actually be a psychologist and give you some professional advice at least see the person once
