We’re in the process of building our first home and Summit have been nothing but amazing. The whole team have been helpful, friendly, and gone above and beyond to assist. The Site Supervisor Scott, has been transparent with all things happening on site. Unfortunately we had vandalism to the properly while construction was taking place. Scott contacted us immediately stating the damage and the plan to get it fixed. Next time we visited was all repaired and was complete super quick and efficiently.Our sales consultant Sarah, has truely been the best. She shows interest in building a relationship with you and wanting the best outcome for you and your family involved. Any questions, she never hesitated to answer. Sarah and the Summit Group have truely made this an enjoyable experience all round and would 100% use them again.

We have great experience with Summit southwest, we are building our first home and didn’t knew much about building but the whole team is very amazing they made everything very easy for us. Our Sales consultant Sarah Lloyd is very good at what she does.we had our pre start meeting with Belinda and she guided us through really well.Thank you Summit southwest.

We are still in pre construction, however, our dealings with Summit to get to this point have been great! We have dealt with Dean and Belinda and both have been extremely helpful and provided great service and fast feedback.We would definitely recommend building with Summit.

When I contacted Summit South West I was met with the most incredible and friendly new home consultant. I was able to give her my basic needs and wants and she in return she gave me a dream home within my budget. My consultant even added things I didn’t realised I’d need, like an IT nook for working from home. I’ve just completed pre start and I can’t wait to see it all come together.Sarah’s positive attitude, open honest and clear communication has made this build a dream. Thank you.

The Summit South West team has been amazing during the whole building process. From the very first consultation to our current position of mid construction.Sarah has been amazing for us as well. When we first set up a meeting, we didn't really know where to start with building a house, but she has been so amazing the whole way through and explained everything in an easy to understand way.No matter what home, your building check them out. But if it is your first home like us, definitely check Summit out and ask to get Sarah.

We are grateful to have met Sarah whilst on our first home-building journey. It is indeed very daunting starting this new stage with our young family but she made us feel welcomed and valued. She is professional, transparent, and always ready to answer our questions. It’s amazing how we found starting this journey easily and smoothly with confidence. As we go through the pre-construction process, we are glad to have such a good team helping us throughout, million steps away but we already feel at home with Sarah and Summit South West.

This is our 2nd build and our experience so far with Summit has been incomparable. Customer service and attention to detail are forefront of all interactions, and time and care was taken at every stage to ensure we had both clarity and satisfaction throughout the process. I would not hesitate in recommending Dean, Belinda and the Summit South West team to anyone thinking of building in the South West. Nothing has been too much trouble and Belinda particularly has gone out of her way to help us achieve our vision for our 'forever-home'.

First Home buildSummit south west have made our dream of building our own home a breeze. Sarah, our sales consultant has been extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process. Communication is excellent whether it be through our online portal or by phone or email. Kathleen, our contract administrator guided us through our pre start meeting and made it a really enjoyable experience for us as we were quite nervous going in since we’ve never done anything like this before. I would definitely recommend Summit Southwest to anyone who is looking into building their own home.
