when our gas heater failed at the beginning of winter...naturally...I rang Cullens Gas. They were flat out and booked us in for a week later! with a promise to come sooner if possible. Well that is what they did and the service technician came and got it going until some parts arrived from Melbourne. The service was great and the charge for two visits plus parts was very reasonable...well below my expectations. I highly recommend Cullen GasI

gave us incorrect information about our gas heater and then charged us several hundred dollars for false advice. Got the actual problem fixed elsewhere and saved several hundred dollars as it was only a minor issue that needed fixing, didn't require the new part which Cullen reckon it did

I could not recommend this company highly enough. I needed gas heating installed and my hot water wasn't hot enough. They changed my hot water system to a higher temperature unit . Everything was explained honestly and simply . They certainly know what they are talking about. You got the feeling they were there for you and not to make a quick dollar. Also the price was a lot cheaper than another quote l got. Even the lady in the office when l had to ring a couple of times was wonderful.

Matt from Cullen Gas was so incredibly helpful.Service, punctuality, and presence on site all 5 star.Would highly recommend their services.They were excellent at providing options and prices. They also followed up to ensure that the next stage of our project was underway so we could book in without a long wait time.
