I think the way you can truly tell what a company is like is when things don't go as planned. Now that we are at the tail end of our kitchen reno, I suddenly realized the floor tiles delivered to us were not the same color as the one I wanted. I quickly took a picture of the sample tile I got from the showroom next to the tile that was delivered and emailed it to them. Thank goodness I had sample tiles! I promptly received a call from Rita to tell me it was their mistake when writing the order and will send the correct tiles immediately. I was blown away. At first I thought our day would be wasted with our tiler at our house already with no floor tiles to work on. Correct tiles were delivered not too long later. I'm so happy and impressed.

You won't find a wider range of quality Italian or Spanish tiles anywhere else in Melbourne. Great range of styles and tastes. If you're in the market for an upgrade do yourself a favour.

I am an interior designer who regularly needs tiles supplied for various projects around town. I have worked with Frank and Rita for many years now and their excellent service is a stand out. They are knowledgeable and generous with their time and their prices are directly comparable to some of the cheaper discount tiles stores. I have no hesitation in recommending my clients visit this store.

De Lucia are a one our regular go to's for tile selections for our projects which are all bespoke architecturally designed homes. Rita and the team are incredibly helpful making our job easier, pricing is competitive, we have had no onsite quality issues and ultimately the tile selection is good- we always find what we are looking for. Would not hesitate to recommend.

On arrival was greeted by a very helpful Frank , who knew his craft very well .I highly recommend this company.Great work guys very helpful and friendly great customer service and with a smile ..

PLEASE READ!!!It is interesting that this store only had 2 Google reviews in the past 3 years until my husband posted a negative review 4 months ago about how rude and unreliable they are. Since then they have either created fake accounts or asked friends to post 5 star reviews on how great they are. I was a witness when my husband handed them a brand new unopened box of tiles which they now deny to have and have never paid the money back to us. Rita was extremely rude. I am interested to see how many 5 star reviews they will post again after this praising themselves!!

Horrendous customer service. My mum went in to purchase some tiles for their brand new custom built home and was dealing with Rita. Choosing tiles for your own home can be time consuming and at times overwhelming when you are having to make decisions about every little thing. Rita was rude and because my mum only wanted to purchase a feature tile, was told that she wouldn’t sell any tiles to my mother because she wasn’t going to purchase ALL her tiles from there. Rita also told her that she was the “type of customer she hates” because she struggled to make a decision.My mother left the store and cried about how poorly she had been treated.I’m not sure where the 5 star reviews are coming from, but I highly doubt they are genuine if that’s the way people are treated.

Appalling customer service -rude rude rude.May have a great range of tiles but the whole process is let down by their customer service. There are many other places out there that do these tiles in a far better and more pleasant manner
