MODA SPARKLING WATER

Easy and fast setup, thanks to these guys we have added tens of thousands of dollars to our bottom line. We are a quick service restuarant, sick of sending profits to the big soft drink companies. Enter Mods. It takes seconds to whip up a soft drink, right in front of the customers eyes. We have reduced the cost of our large drink from $2.30 down to 70c, a mammoth saving when added up over the course of a month!

Damien offered professional and prompt service from quoting, to setup and install. Everything was completed without a fuss. The sparkling water tap really is the cherry on top of our new communal office kitchen. Thanks Damien!

Recently our offices needed a water system .I called Moda and they were extremely responsive and the salesman was doing a site inspection that day .The rep solved the problem and found a great solution for our water system.We had a leak and the service tech was there within a few days.Our team loves it and the price is cheaper than San Pellegrino.

Excellent product & smart design. After being served the Moda Water at a fine dining restaurant in Sydney we decided to install in our boutique hotel. The water taste is the best I have tried and flow rate is strong for when we are busy. Highly recommended.

We have been pulled off by the very poor service customer. Emails not answered, rep answering from his mobile phone on the beach ! Extremely poor service with our water system failing and no service or anyone to fix it. No service provided as per contract. We have been waiting to finish our contract with them to use a new company for our new, they charge us back all the covid month hold and eventually charge us $330 direct debite from our account without notice. Moda charged us randomly “hour call out” as well as “a 2 hours labour when the technician stayed 20 mn to unscrew our machine” Go to the concurrence !Accounting and rep haven’t answered us yet. Without saying they came to our new venue to pick up their machine at the wrong address. They could not even see it was serviced by Purezza ! They lock you in contract and then good luck if you have any issues with their system.

Easy system, reasonable price, and reliable and prompt service

Our business changed over from a competitor due to a range of issues and have not had any issues whatsoever since we have made the change. Their installation, support and follow up has been spot on. Very highly recommend.

Been using their systems at 2 venues for the last 6 or 7 years, they have always been quick to sort out any issues with the units and even voluntarily offered us a rent free period over the COVID lockdowns.I have stayed with them even after our contracts finished and intend to keep using them for the foreseeable future, thanks guys
