Picked up a Jamaican Chocolate cake.Met standard. Was quite nice.Service was good.No issues to report.Would and will go there again.

Bought a quarter cake for my son. After a bite he salt it out. On a closer inspection the sponge had mould on it and the cream was clearly rancid. I was offered a refund which was not worth my son getting sick.

Pretty standard for the cheesecake shop. Ive never had a cake from here thats not been to my expectations. Clean, well stocked. Friendly helpful and attentive staff. You can order and pay online to pickup as well as go in.

Cake was so dry and the frosting was half removed. Was offered a refund initially however a woman claiming to be the manager (Kim) from the store called me and abused me. No refund was honored. Update 13/04- A response was given below from Cheesecake shop with apology and a process to follow but I did all this already. I even went to the head office and was treated poorly by Justin (operations manager). To me this is a joke

Collected a birthday Cake for my young daughter that my wife had ordered two days before. A burger looking cake, but there are big circle patch on the top which seems to me it wasnt freshmade for us. Just ruin the day.

This store doesn't even deserve 1 star. I am disgusted with the quality of cake, rudeness from management and the whole experience I received. Who ever runs this store and bakes, needs to learn how speak to their customers and needs to go back to school on how to decorate a cake. If you advertise a burger cake, it needs to look like a burger cake. I will never return to Tarneit cheesecake shop again. A BIG THANK YOU to Altona North cheesecake shop for making the cake I originally wanted in a matter of a few hrs.

Ordered a special cake for my dads 60th birthday, I came today to pick up the cake only to be told it never was made, the staff member rang the manager to be told they never made the cake, I was told to pick a cake from the window, extremely dissapointed as it was a special occasion and ordered well in advance, the fact that management could not care that it was a special occasion cake was disgusting.If i could give 0 stars i would.If you have a birthday coming up please take ur business somewhere else.

Picked up an Black Forrest sponge cake today and the cake and it was terrible. The quality of the cakes at the cheese cake shop have really dropped and tasted horrible. Won’t be getting anymore cake from this store ever again. Such a shame…
