Provided Grand and Grave with a print out of the exact text to be engraved on three expensive flasks. I received a phone call stating Callvm the “master engraver” had put the wrong date on all three flasks and couldn’t be fixed. I asked if the error could be fixed by simply striking out the error and putting the correct date next to it.As you can see from the horrific result, it looks like it was done by a child and not by a professional engraving service. The correct date is off centre, written over other text and a different colour. These expensive flasks were to be presented as gifts but are now completely ruined.Even worse, when I asked about this attempted fix Callvm stated “If you don’t want the flasks I’ll have them because I engraved them”.Keep in mind that anything you give the “master engraver” could be ruined and then the owner will offer no apology, no compensation however will gladly take your ruined items from you for free.I was offered a refund, however after 6 weeks of false promises I had to make a complaint to the Department of Fair Trading to get my money back.I am now out hundreds of dollars for the flasks. Thanks for ruining my items and the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Go elsewhere for your engraving!
