Quoted to repair/replace rotted barge boards on my Mum's house for $3960. He only replaced small decorative pieces and painted, leaving noticeable damaged bargeboard. He claims that it was a fair price and indicated he was not going to offer anything. If using him, get a second quote. I am sorry I had referred so many friends to him
