Not Just Bras

Great range of sizes and designs that are often very difficult to find in Hobart. I found the staff really helpful and understanding. I was given a fitting and she brought in all the bras that fit my requests, which made the process a lot easier as I didn't have to search through the enormous range. Overall a really positive experience with great expertise, and I would definitely recommend!

I walked in without needing to make an appointment (which for a full time working mum is a godsend in itself) and Jo immediately made me feel welcome. I told that I needed to get fitted and purchase some new bras as I was still wearing my old worn out maternity bras (a year after I stopped feeding). Jo was super patient in making sure I was wearing the right cup and immensely helpful in letting me know what bars would suit my breaststroke for the best support. 10/10 would recommend this shop to everyone - regardless of size or needs. I have a weird size so was not expecting to find much that would fit me, but I was so very pleasantly surprised at the quality and number of options!!! The fitting service was lovely and professional as well. I love all the items I purchased and will definitely make a stop in to Not Just Bras a priority on my next trip to Hobart!

Just the best.Went in after a recommendation from a friend, and was more than pleasantly surprised. I hate bra shopping, mostly because no one ever has my size in the store (H cup), so have always resorted to ill-fitted bras bought online.Walked into the store and immediately felt welcomed and helped, as the lady working took my size and started grabbing heaps of options for me to try on. She sized me just to make sure, and every single bra fit like heaven (and it was a shock at the comfort vs my old bras). I was running low on time and bought a few of my favourite styles, but let them know they'd probably see me back tomorrow to try on some more. The lady was so kind to offer to prepare heaps more in my size for my visit tomorrow.Came in the next day and she had combed through the store for my size and I had so many options to try on again. Best customer service I've ever experienced, and never shopping anywhere else!

The staff at Not Just Bras are exceptional. They make you feel welcome and so comfortable, regardless of size. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they take the time to really make sure that you find what you are looking for and leave feeling confident and comfortable. The range of styles to suit a larger bust size is the best in Hobart. This, combined with their wonderful customer service, means I will return again and again to Not Just Bras.

Best bra shopping experience ever. Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel so comfortable. Change rooms are a good size and even have a buzzer when you're ready to be fitted. If you are big chested, go here (and even if you aren't). Highly recommend.

Best customer service ever!! I purchased a camisole online and checked the box to collect in store by mistake instead of post. I received a phone call when I hadn't collected it after a few days. I asked if they could post it for me and I would pay the difference. They offered to deliver it personally to my home address, which they did later that day. Thank you so much. I have purchased items from them before and always receive first class service.

I visited Not Just Bras when we were in town from Launceston several weeks ago. I was struggling to find a supportive maternity bra that didn't irritate the sensitive skin on the top of my growing Bump. Leah was gentle and knowledgeable in her help to get me properly fitted. After wearing the Bras she fitted for a week, I was so much more comfortable. Phoned the store and Jo and Leah worked together to organise a second set to be ordered and posted ASAP, arrive just 24hrs later. Excellent, thoughtful and caring service. I normally loathe bra shopping (as a mum with two young children and also being a difficult shape to fit). But every time I have been to Not Just Bras I've had prompt, fast and thorough service and been happy with high quality, comfortable and long lasting bras. Shop here for a great retail experience.
