Amazing service and products

Absolutely hopeless my wife ordered a 6 burner Beefmaster BBQ online. After over a week of absolute radio silence she called the BBQ galore customer help line who checked the order and noted they had no stock and this was the reason for the delay and lack of response. She then went on to say it would take her upto 2 days to receive a response from the warehouse on when stock would be likely to arrive. 3 days later my wife sent them an email advising she wanted a refund and received confirmation in the days that followed that this would be processed. Another week went by and BBQ Galore still had not processed the refund, its now a new month 1 November and again we call only to be advised they hadn't processed the refund because the warehouse noted the order as complete.Three strikes and a big red flag on this business for me:1 - they sold stock they didn't have and made no mention of delay etc at the time of order.2 - they are difficult to deal with the telephone operators have no ability to do anything but send an email and the internal business groups are slow and inefficient requiring 2 business days to do anything.3 - they don't do what they say they will do. We are still waiting for a refund that has not been processed despite us receiving written confirmation that it would be.Give them a wide berth or if u must shop with them go in store and walk out with the box or risk disappointment like we have are still enduring.

Might be the best BBQ shop in Brisbane, super helpful and knowledgeable team of BBQ nerds. So good to see a group of people really passionate and into what they sell. They respected the fact that I was there researching my next BBQ project and gave me a heap of information. Huge selection of sauces, marinades and charcoal accessories to choose from. Worth a drive, they will not disappoint. Highly recommend!
