Luke is the one who helped us with all the property maintenances, he is Very professional and responsive. He makes extra effort really try to help us to fix the problem for us. They are genuine people and good builders. Definitely recommend them for constructions.

Built 6 town house in Keilor Downs in 2015-16 with George. Extremely professional and communicates well. Issues are very common during the build process, but the way your builder handles it makes the difference. George clearly explained the process and kept us informed.Why am I leaving reviews after all these years. I was just curious to see how the property we developed are doing and then check on Mavi Built's websites and reviews. He deserved to have my review which I never left in the first place, hence the reviews now.

My wife and I had our dream home built by Mavi Built. George and the team at Mavi Built are great operators. They have finished 3 complex infill townhouse projects for us. They have done so to a great standard during a difficult period in the market. Mavi are great to work with and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

We were ecstatic at the outcome of our substantial renovation in Kew. I would highly recommend Mavi as builders for your project. Ours was a complex build that many builders thought was too challenging but they clearly had the skills and experiences to do. All their references were from large projects that they allowed us to visit because of the good relationship they had maintained - which is why we chose them. Builder-friends, others trades and a valuer from the bank have all comments on how well built the house is and the remarked on the overall quality. Everyone who attends our home is wowed by the results. It was completed on schedule whilst we saw many builds in our area lay dormant. There was the comfort we had with them being able to draw on the resources of several parallel builds. All minor issues post handover have been dealt with promptly. They kept us informed throughout. We really felt in partnership with them the entire time. The picture below don’t do them justice, but we have offered to be references and allow people over should they choose.

After being mucked around by another builder a few years back, we got referred to George from Mavi built from our architect and can confirm he and his team made the whole process smooth, hassle free and very efficient.After our first sit down meeting with George I knew we have the right builder to build our home.
