AHC is a leading building company in SEQ for innovative house designs to supercharge your rental yield and investment portfolio. As an investor, I appreciate their knowledge of the Council rules and how to take fully capatalise on the strategies available to increase rents. AHC is a one stop shop and will organize engineering, surveying and town planning on your behalf. Not only do they provide innovative/creative solutions, they also build very quickly!

AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMPANY
Affordable houses built in my summit. They never put a sign up on the fence as prescribed by the law. They parked illegally in our street. The worst was the feral disgusting language that the workers used as the top of their voices. It was audible inside my house, I phoned ad complained but no one ever called back. I would suggest calling the council or police as the those running the business have no concern for others!

Looking to build a place called home or investment products - they have got it all. AHC has been building for us on a number of occasions over a number a years. They have the right personnel to deal with all sort of issues range from planning issues, design, complicated sites etc. Get things done quick without compromising the quality and standard.
