Essential Beauty Strathpine

Highly recommend this place. The girls are super friendly, down to earth & happy to help. I got my nose pierced which I absolutely love but accidentally got it pulled out a couple of days later. I gave the girls a call & they were happy to try & put it back in for me & not charge me if they were unsuccessful. In the end one of the ladies managed to put my piercing back in. The care that was taken & information given, made me feel really at ease both times I have been there. Overall great customer service & reasonable prices. Really appreciate it, thank you ladies! Loving my new piercing which is healing really well :D

I can not thank Jaclyn and Emma enough on their exceptional service, they pierced my daughters ears and made the entire process fun and easy. They really went above all expectations and were so professional. They explained the after care so thoroughly and we left super happy with perfect ear piercing a cute teddy, a bravery certificate and after care all for my daughter and a $10 voucher for myself for next time. What an incredible deal. Highly recommend Strathpine for getting your child’s ears pierced :)

I’ve had my ears pierced here and my nose pierced at the Chermside store. I highly recommend getting your piercings here. I have always received above and beyond service, and this is the only piercing place where my piercings haven’t become infected (my ears got infected 2-3 times beforehand at other piercing places). 5/5 stars!!

Absolutely amazing. I had ear piercings for my 2 daughters (first time ears) - so friendly and made them feel comfortable and relaxed.My other daughter had her ears and nose pierced and again absolutely amazing. Then i had my seconds done and i felt so at ease, Emma was so helpful in helping my pick which jewellery i wanted and where about to place the piercing. Could not recommend any higher!!!!

I can not thank the trainee Abby enough on her exceptional service which can be tough on new starters, she pierced my daughters ears and calmed her nerves last week. Abby also waxed my legs, underarms and eyebrows yesterday. I found Abby to be very professional and really went above all expectations, even though the other girl training her was very pushy towards her.After care was explained well. Highly recommend Strathpine for getting ears pierced or waxing. I have been sending people to the store to Ask for Abby to do their services.

Could not recommend this place enough!! Got my second ear piercings done at lovisa and not only were they not straight but one was higher then the other and was sooo red and sore after a week of having it. Also i got a septum piercing from another company that wasn’t right. Came into Essential Beautiful greeted by a lovely lady (could not remember her name) and she could see my ear piercing wasn’t right and same with the septum. She found the correct ring for my septum, put it in and re-pierced my ears so they were the same! She did such an amazing job! So happy with how much time she spent with me in fixing it all up for me and making me feel comfortable. Will definitely be back for more and will definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks ladies for the wonderful experience!

10/10 for customer service from the lovely Amy, you exceed all we hope for when it comes to a service. From the moment we stepped in the door, she knew what she was talking about and also super easy to connect with, whilst remaining professional. Amy needs a pay rise!!! She should be highly valued, thanks legend :)

My 5 year old and 6 year old daughters had their ears pierced today and even their older brother commented afterwards “wow those ladies were so nice”. Ten out of ten would recommend to anyone. They put the girls at ease, nothing was too much trouble, the toddler messing about didn’t upset them, and most importantly they were gentle and calm with my youngest and made the whole experience just sweet and memorable. Thanks ladies.

Very happy to recommend Essential Beauty. My 8 year old made the decision to have her ears pierced. I thought that when the time came she might get too nervous and change her mind but the whole experience was great. We made an appointment easily over the phone three weeks ago. When we arrived the store was welcoming and the staff were friendly and let my daughter be in control the whole time. She got to pick a beautiful pair of earrings that really suit her and getting the teddy as a reward for her bravery has really added to her confidence. Thank you for making it just a perfect memory for us.

ReviewMy first experience with Essential Beauty Strathpine was definitely not great. It was probably 2 years ago now when I went to get my legs waxed. During the waxing the pot was either so hot that the wax burned me or so cold that the wax was too difficult to work with. The beautician missed patches of hair and I left with bruises.My most recent experience was even worse. Late last year I got my ears pierced by the previous manager, who placed them incorrectly (which was confirmed by the current manager in April). Head Office offered to repierce (which I refused as I no longer trust the skill of Essential Beauty beauticians) or a gift card (that I would not use as I will NEVER use their services again). The current manager offered to organise a refund through Head Office on my behalf so that I could go somewhere else to have my piercings fixed. 3 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything back.. apparently Head Office were supposed to contact me asking for photos. So I went in store, the Manager took the photos and sent them through. It’s now July. No word from Head Office and no follow up from the manager.Absolutely horrendous customer service and an all round bad experience.As I am unable to reply directly to Essential Beauty's below comment I will respond here:The current manager at Strathpine, a piercer from the Chermside store and another piercer from another company informed me that the piercings were incorrectly placed. Them looking slightly uneven" has nothing to do with my "ear lobes sitting differently". As I stated in my original response
