Ordered over $80 worth of food. Took 2 hours to get delivered only to be told it had been dropped off 20 minutes ago. Checked the door step driver had just dropped in on the doorstep and not bothered to ring the bell or knock on. Food was terrible, chicken was dry, veg was soggy and everything was cold. We have really enjoyed food from here in the past but recently they have gone to the dogs. Yet another place that can’t maintain a decent standard unfortunately. On to the next one…

We had to hunt down a waitress to order, waited over an hour for food, the meals were tiny, we had to get them as takeaway as we went there on our lunch break and were still expected to pay full price for our meals. There was 1 waitress on and no one else to be seen. When we asked for an update on how long it would take to get our food we we were told under 5 mins" and still had to wait a further 25 mins. Ridiculous to expect 1 person to manage the 'lunch time rush' if you would call 4 tables a 'rush'. Not happy"

Terrific team work, perfect location for those living at Quest. Food fabulous especially the amazing blooming onion. The Frozen Margarita brilliant. All up good value great food and terrific service. Well recommended.

Very little has been done to the decor to differentiate from the previous establishment.Apparently, you have to pre-order the smoked meats - this we did not know. 2 out of 3 main meals were cooked well and as ordered. The 3rd main meal was not as described, and the meat was dry.The staff did the bare minimum in service and did not check in to see if we'd be interested in more drinks.The staff did comp the dessert for the 3rd meal off the bill though.Overall, an average experience for a higher price.

We went on Friday dinner, its a bit busy that time. We are craving for a good if not great steak. However, what we got was not what we expected. I picked the ribeye on the menu as I know its a good part of meat. But Primal failed to deliver it. I got too many hard tendons on it, it is supposed to have less or none. But it got lots of it. Also, I’ve asked for medium cooked beef, but i got medium well and close to well done. Other steak houses are far way better compared to your shop. Hope kitchen staff and the management should learn from this.

Stopped in for lunch with a friend. Food was Hot, tasty and very affordable for a lunch out! Nice vibe too! We have decided to make this a regular catch up location.

I've been here a few times now and it's become one of my favourite steakhouses. My steaks have always been great and my vegan partner loves the vegetarian options. Staff are friendly and always eager to help. Highly recommended for lunches and week night meals. If going on a weekend you should make a booking because they seem very busy.

Bursts of fresh flavour. Went for a quiet lunch today and was impressed. Food and drinks were delicious & fresh. Super hot chips, great fresh seafood and creamy sauces. Yum & thankyou!
