Mixed experiences at this store. The staff are generally kind and helpful. However, today there was a manager who was unwilling to easily price match with an online retailer, whilst their item was significantly more expensive than most other retailers.

Whilst parking isnt easy and spaces are limited, and getting in and out of the place thanks to two lanes of fast moving traffic is impossible, once you're in there you're pleasantly surprised. Standard BCF store layout, so if you've been to one you've been to them all. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well presented.
