Well equipped large function room with kitchen, bar and facilities. Lovely views over the city and river. Car park access is tricky, but plenty of parking out front.

Bar is open to North Esk Rowing club members but also to the public on Fridays from 5pm. Nice atmosphere.

Great customer service headlined by Josh always has a smile on his face and is up for a chat. Josh's name could possibly be Gabe not 100%. Although there was a bone in the parmi but that's ok because Josh is not a chef.
