We used Best Price Interstate Removals for our interstate move from Sydney to the Gold Coast. Mark was great to deal with - helpful and responsive. Interstate moving is pretty stressful but Mark and his team made it easier and our items were delivered on the date we wanted. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

I would highly recomment BPIRA and would never use anyone else ! Mark was amazing at helping us organise two interstate moves from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast (for my family and for my parents). He gave us lots of good advice prior to the move, went out of his way to assist with a few curve balls or find solutions to problems (relating to borders etc) and was responsive and just genuinely nice to deal with. A massive shout out to Wayne and Sean who did the loading/unloading. They are true professionals and great at what they do. Items were treated with care and they did such a good job. Again, they were lovely to deal with on the day, even managed to have a few laughs, such nice guys.

Fair price and the best customer service we’ve ever received! Moving can be very stressful and especially when things don’t go to plan. We were relocating from Melbourne to Brisbane when the 3rd lockdown hit us and Mark went above and beyond to rearrange dates which took a lot of coordination. He gave us plenty of options and valuable advice. The genuine care and empathy he showed us made it an unforgettable experience. We decided to use BPIR again to relocate back to Melbourne and again, we came across hiccups and Mark did everything he could to put our minds at ease. His team were so lovely and very professional. They were very quick and careful when picking up my items and speedy to deliver. Would absolutely recommend this company for any removalist needs!

This company is dodgy! They lost my belongings and have kept quiet for 2 months. They will not reply to my emails nor answer the phone. I would not recommend them. They are not honest and simply not professional. Even when we had agreed on the fixed price. I still got another bill to pay more money upon delivery? I paid the agreed price and they were trying to squeeze more money out of me again. Use this company at your own risk. I will be chasing my lost items, if that means legally.

Mark was an absolute gem, he organised my relocation back to Victoria.Due to an unforeseen situation my end he promptly moved my booking from late 2021 to early 2022 with no issues at all.
