My husband and I got married at Pier 33 in November and couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot. The events manager, Italia went out of her way to accommodate us and so many of my guests just assumed she was one of my close friends on the day. Every meeting we had before the wedding was so inviting and my child was made to feel so welcome and special. On the day- children were given snacks and drinks without us even having to ask. Italia is an absolute pleasure to work with and I couldn’t recommend her more.

What a fantastic location for what turned out to be one of the best meals I've had on the Sunshine Coast.Food was excellent and well presented.The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.Service was excellentCan not fault in any way.

We were there today for lunch. There was even numbers of staff to customers. The food was good and our waitress, an English girl, was great initially. But after our mains were served and she asked the obligatory “how is everything” the wheels fell off!We finished our meal and Sat waiting for the dishes to be cleared and to be offered dessert, which we really wanted as the mandarin pannacotta sounded delicious.But no such luck. Our waitress was nowhere to be found and the only other waitress we could see was having a great old natter with the barman.So after 15 minutes. We’d had enough and I approached the young waitress, interrupted her chat with the barman and said “are you looking after our table?” She said it’s was another waitress’s area. I said we had been sitting waiting to be offered dessert. “Sorry bout that!”So we paid and leftThe food was good, but the people in the kitchen were badly let down by the wait staff

We had dinner here. The food was above average and service was good, however they attempted to charge us $79 for a bottle of wine we never ordered or received. If you eat here check your bill thoroughly.

Great location with views of the Mooloolah River but was expecting a lot more from their seafood platter as they are right next to some awesome seafood places.

Pier 33 has so much potential but the service is not up to scratch. Every time we go there we are waiting for long periods before anyone even greets you where you have to wait for a table and then to get a waiters/waitresses attention to order etc is near on impossible.And then this afternoon (Sunday)we were turned away from coming for a drink or dinner at 5pm when the open hours are meant to be until 7pm.Very disappointing and won’t be visiting again in the near future.

my visit to this restaurant was a true culinary delight. The combination of gorgeous seafood, exceptional service, and the culinary prowess of Chef Davide made for an unforgettable dining experience. If you have a love for seafood and appreciate impeccable service, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Allow yourself to be transported on a gastronomic journey curated by Chef Davide and his talented team. Highly recommended.

Came here for NYE event. Loved the cocktails as pictured, along with the calamari and Buratta (with prosciutto). Busy but good service.
