what was described as a two bedroom delux was an extremely small apartment. Not only was it dated the main bedroom had an open bathroom incorporated into it. The shower was above a small spa and it was easy to slip while having a shower and trying to get out when wet. As a matter of urgency a slip-rail should be installed to avoid any accidents. We used the second very small bathroom to avoid slipping. The noise from the pool was annoying and you could not enjoy the balcony during the day day. This is not the type of resort for the over 50's.

‘Ok’ is all that comes to mind. If you are a family with young children, this place is great. For those, like us, who had visions of finding a quiet space by the pool to relax, forget it. Quiet space on your balcony? Forget it! The noise of the huge number of children was actually unbearable…..screaming, yelling……and honestly just forget about thinking you can relax by the pool. This is not the fault of the venue, it’s just the facts of what you will get if you expect any different. You can also hear the sounds of chairs being dragged on the floor in the above apartment. My point here is, if you are looking for a peaceful stay, well, I personally wouldn’t choose this place again.Main tv is in a very strange location which made it difficult to watch so we just didn’t. No information was provided around wifi. Couldn’t get the (super small and outdated) tvs in the bedrooms to work….well actually, one worked and then just stopped working.I really want to say it was fabulous but for us, and at the price point, it was underwhelming and disappointing in terms of what we thought our experience would be.If I had a young family again, I think it would be a good choice as there are kids everywhere and the pool is a great one for kids.

Outstanding service from the staff- they are always very helpful and friendly. The team makes sure your stay is the best it can be. Super nice people! Great location, clean and airy rooms and huge pool area. Highly recommended.

stayed here in December 2022 for a function. We had a unit? on 2nd floor. It was very small and the balcony which was the size of a wardrobe was like a dog pen with shutters and a waist high cement wall, looking out on to a tin roof, and a tree. I think Hasting Street was somewhere beyond that. For the $1000.00 plus pricetag for 2 nights it was so disappointing. If I was having a holiday weekend and looking forward to relaxing on a balcony at Noosa this would have made me cry. Because we were attending a function and we knew another family staying there as well, we spent time in their unit on the balcony, because there was certainly no room in our unit and balcony for guests. (In fact they laughed at the size of our accommodation) It certainly did nothing to endear me to visiting Noosa again. There are far nicer places up and down the coast than that which offer much more pleasant stays. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was more than adequate, hence the 2 stars. Fortunately it was a short walk to the beach which saved my sanity.

The whole hotel is very old and broken definitely needs a redo not very clean at all given the humid weather there shouldn’t be any carpet in the rooms, lots of ants and a nice pair of oldSmelly socks that were not picked up from housekeeping. Location, location, location! This is an amazing location, with a fantastic pool area. The rooms are a little dated and not as glamorous however, you’re so close to the beach, right on Hastings street and don’t have to worry about parking, so it’s worth it, especially when you can’t afford the other places around.

Stayed here to be 'close' to everything in Noosa, located at the Southern end of Hastings Street, it's perfect to walk out the front door and stroll all the way down one side, then up the other.It's perfectly located just across from the beach, there's a pool if you don't want the beach - great stay!

Not worth the price. Paid for deluxe room, given a partly refurbished old room, twice. The first room 204 smelt like a combination of vomit and bleach. The 20 year old spa bath with overhead shower leaked. Water came out both the shower head and bath tap at same time. Shower pressure was low. 3 dead plants on the balcony. Old laminate drawers. It appears they think a new bench top on old drawers constitutes a renovated deluxe room. After asking for a room change I was moved to room 219. Again, this was a partly refurbished room with old laminate and new bench tops, an old couch and carpet. The shower leaked onto the bath floor so it was constantly wet. The room was dirty with black dirt on windows. The washing machine was full of mould and dirt. It looked like it had never been cleaned. Upon complaint was told that if I book again I could be given a discount - a deluxe room (meant to be renovated) for the price of a standard (non renovated). This hotel is meant to be 4 star. It is more a 3 star with pot luck rooms. Don’t pay for deluxe as you will be given standard anyway. Very disappointing holiday. See photos

Loved our stay so much. Best location, great kitchen facilities. Dont bother taking shampoo, conditioner or body lotion its all supplied and great quality. Excellent pool and staff are friendly and helpful

The room was pretty tired and the kitchen tiny with no dishwasher. The bed was comfortable though and we had good service with the blind and sliding door being fixed soon after our arrival. The noise of the rubbish trucks at 6.30am every morning was tiresome- lots of crashing, beeping and backing. Also pretty noisy into the evening with the back packers next door. Would not stay again.
