I have been practicing and teaching at My Asana for a year and can warmly recommend this beautiful school. It offers a wholesome and authentic experience of Yoga for the body, mind and spirit. The community is caring, welcoming and inclusive.. everyone is really lovely! There are classes to suit different needs and styles, making it a great place to start or deepen your Yoga practice to suit your needs. I loved the studio since my first visit, people are friendly and good vibes that you’ll want to come again and again… Teachers are always innovating on their approach which makes the class fun and interesting! Well done.

I've been practicing Yoga for the past 3 months. Very welcoming, gorgeous interior. Instructors so far have been passionate and warm. Parking is easy. Would recommend to all locals!

I'm new to Yoga. Started with 2 classes a week for the 1st 3 months, and now do 3 to 4 classes a week! Teachers are very good, and classes are small, allowing for more personal attention! Energy and atmosphere, again, very good. Fellow practitioners polite, respectful, and many very impressive in regards to their ability!All told, some classes are hard. But it really has proved to of been a fantastic decision to of started Yoga with this group. Even though I was apprehensive, tentative, and a little lost at first!I still feel like I know very little. I still find some of the classes challenging. And I still intend to keep attending due to all the positive changes my commitment has afforded me!
