Highly personal (and personable) customer service from Scott - very responsive. My Jeep feels like new and I'm super happy with my purchase. There were some delays in them suppling all the correct paperwork in a timely manner, so did have to chase a little, but the communication was very good and respectful about this, which allayed my concerns - and eventually everything was in order. I have no hesitation in recommending Scott and SR Auto for great service and great used cars.
