Target Nutrition
I started working with Amie for weight cuts for competitions after recommendations from coaches / athletes. Even after cutting weight, I find myself with an amazing amount of energy come competition day. This is what I call 'Amies Wizardry'.I found Amie so knowledgable in nutrition that I have also recently decided to have my general day-to-day and training meal plans done with her.Since working Amie, my energy levels in and out of training have been amazing and I can not recommend her enough!
