I'm an American whose wife is from Australia and we visit the store every year when visiting relatives in St. Ives. Nina was the associate on duty and is outstanding and very helpful. I'm not 60+ and I'm not a young person as other reviewers have pointed out. They did not have my size but Nina called promptly and ordered it in for the next business day. I would like to thank Nina for her attentiveness and the rest of the staff for always being helpful to this yank"."

Fantastic customer service, particularly Mary. Not the cheapest shoes you'll find but are certainly good value for money.

Always get good service from this RM Williams store, recently returned a pair of boots with a minor defect under warranty, not a problem, 3 weeks later received my pair of boots looking as good as new. Their products are a little more expensive, but the quality more than makes up for it, and better still they are manufactured in Australia, by Australians, testimony to the RM Williams brand.Old school retail service !!! well done RMW StIves.

The manager of this shop is clearly unhinged. Very poor customer service from frightened and clearly harried staff. Stock is poor, they were unable to provide any of the current boot range in my size (10 is not an uncommon shoe size). After speaking to a staff member and asking them to contact the closest store re stock, the manager loudly intervened and suggested I call them myself. Just don't bother.

I have been to a few RM stores as well as online stockists, but from now on, I will only buy from the St Ives store. Great service and advice, and they helped me get my boots repaired under warranty from the factory when another store just brushed me off. Also want to thank RM Williams as a company who stands by their products. They went went above and beyond and had my boots repaired and delivered back to me promptly without any hassles at all. You will be tempted with online prices cheaper but from my experience, always better to be fitted properly with professional and friendly advice from RM Williams St Ives.

The best experience I've had in an R M Williams store so far. Interestingly I went to them with a problem, yet Linda and Callum was so friendly and accommodating and handled it very professionally. (Problem was caused by a misfit in a different store, wouldn't have gone there in the first place if I knew there was a store in St. Ives).If you are buying RMW boots, especially the first time, I'd strongly recommend going to St. Ives, since the staff there, especially Linda the store manager knows what she's doing and would happily spend good time to make sure you get the fit correct. And after getting mine wrong due to a rushed fitting exercise in a different store, I know the pain of it.Linda happily spared her time to make sure I get the fit & comfort right, made sure to double check things. And due to the situation I was in, she had to go speak to regional management etc which she did happily to make sure my issue is resolved, and was prompt in doing that too (even though I didn't originally buy there, nor fixing my issue has any sales benefit).I'm not rich enough to be a frequent RMW customer, but when I do you've just won a loyal customer. Thank you again and I really do appreciate all your help!
