Only given 1 star because there isn't a lower rating. To be fair the two separate outward journeys on different dates for my partner and I to Sydney airport went well. It was the return journey which was the issue.My return flight was QF2 from London which arrives about 5:10 am. Shuttle Express had listed it as 5:30 am, not a big deal. The booking had been made in May but the pick up was August. We waited at the pick up point as instructed (Macdonalds where there is no seating) until 6:45 am. At this point of time when there was no evidence of the driver I rang the mobile number on the business card as I had been instructed by the outward bound driver. What I got was a very rude and offensive lady demanding to know who gave me the number and why I was calling it. Clearly this call had gone to her at home and not as I expected an operations person who could confirm that the driver was on his/her way.About 30 minutes later the driver rang me to tell me that he would not be able to pick me up until 7:30 am. A two hour wait after a 20 hour flight; great!When the driver did arrive he waited until he had other passengers and filled everyone of the 13 seats on board the bus. We were squashed in like sardines in this very mini bus. The back seat where I was sitting has supposedly 4 seats. Talk about getting up close and personal with strangers! Due to the compact space it was not possible to put on seat belts. Of the 13 passengers 6 did not have their seat belts fastened which is (a) illegal and (b) unsafe. The driver did not check this.We left Mascot at 7:40 am and arrived at Kariong for dispersal of some passengers to other buses at 9:40 am. A 2 hour journey. The driver had elected to avoid the toll roads except for the Harbour Bridge. Not sure why he did this but I suspect had he gone via the toll way the journey would have been reduced by 30 minutes. All in all this has to rate as the worst motor vehicle journey I have had in my 70 years of age.I eventually arrived at my home at 10:30 am - over 5 hours after arriving at Mascot, all down to CC Shuttle Express. Had it not been for the amount of baggage my partner and I were carrrying after 3 months overseas travel I would have taken the train. I did try to hire a car but non were available.On the basis of my experience and the tone of conversations I had with 3 representatives of the company is that the underlying philosophy is profit before customer needs.My advice to others considering using this company is don't unless there is absolutely no other options

I was a little disappointed in this airport transfer. This is the first time i have used this Central Coast transfer company, and whilst the driver was friendly enough, and pick up time was great, getting to my 9.30am flight on time was stressful! Apparently the vehicle we were on wasn't registered as a bus so the driver couldn't use the bus lane - in peak hour Sydney traffic! Utterly ridiculous! Hope baggage drop is still open when i do eventually get to the airport!

Negative experience overall.My plane landed at 1.40pm. The driver Mark collected me at 3.45pm terminal 3 Sydney domestic after a 2 hour wait then we had to wait another 15minutes for other passengers arriving on different flights before we started the journey. We then got caught in rush hour ,something my choice of flight arrival time, i wanted to avoid then we had to change buses at Turramurra with a different driver to complete the trip.Currently in transit.Positives the driver Mark was a character and called me 3 times to update me.

Now I knew we would be waiting up to 30mins if there was another flight coming in from other passengers but we waited almost 3 hours. I was told that it was because they had to pick up other passengers from domestic terminal and then they would come get us (doesn't take more than 2 hours) when we finally got picked up there was no one else in the van. So who the he'll were we waiting for?!We had gotten off a 17 hour flight to and waited so long after. And lack of communication and no remorse or empathy for customers.

After having to wait 3hrs at the airport for our return journey ,on our last experience with this company, I was hesitant to use them again. When (nervously)booking our return trip with them this time, I explained the previous episode, only to be told this wouldn't happen again as their last bus leaves the airport at 9pm(our flight arrival time was 8.05pm). Our plane arrived on time and when we were greeted by their driver at 8.15pm, we were told we would be waiting for an overseas student, whose plane had just arrived. He said we would be leaving at 9pm.Long story short: the student never arrived , and at 10pm, the driver finally decided to stop waiting and return to the coast.Back to the train for us.

In March 2020 I cancelled an overseas trip due to Covid. I had a return airport shuttle service booked with CCSE.At the time of cancellation I spoke to Michelle who asked me if I would help them out and have a credit instead of a refund. Michelle explained to me the credit would not have an expiration date.,Fast forward 27 months later to July 2022 I needed transportation from an an event.,I rang CCSE requesting to use this credit and without any hesitation, Michelle honoured her promise she made in March 2020.I would definitely use this company again. Thanks so much Michelle and also my driver, Paul.Regards Christine

Booked the bus for my 17 year old son who flew from the Sunshine Coast to Sydney. His plane arrived in Sydney just under 20 minutes late. He texted me from the agreed meeting place to say the driver was not there. Waited another 15 minutes and he finally received a message to say they had left without him because his plane was late. Was told the driver would be back in 1.5 to two hours. I called the company to complain and was met with unapologetic rudeness and the claim that the plane was half an hour late (which it wasn't). Made other arrangements for him to get to the Central Coast but were not given a refund. After my phone call, the staff phoned my son and taunted him, repeatedly calling him big boy" who's "mummy" had complained. What kind of people would do that? We will NEVER use this service again."
