Absolutely gorgeous monument to our early pioneers in a total gem of a town. Slightly disappointed that the tower was closed for repairs, but it just gives me a reason to return to this amazing place.

Run down, vandalised, unable to access top viewing platform. I was last here in December 2021 and it seems to be in the same sad state of neglect that it was then.

Climb the stairs for a great free view of Maryborough and surrounds. There is an open deck one story up and then an enclosed viewing platform on the top, which has small openings on each side for clear photos.Highly recommended if visiting the area.There are also some gold diggings to explore around the base of the tower.

Absolutely love it good view of Maryborough been there a fair bit of times sometimes it was broken during people breaking yet still a great place to visit
