Great work Fraser, excellent service and a great product to back it up.We have recently upgraded our forklift fleet and gone with Clark Equipment. Dealing with Fraser Crump was effortless. He had everything covered from the first phone call for a quote right through to ensuring the units were suitable for task and following up with organising a very prompt delivery of the new units. Fraser had even arranged for the service manager be on site at time of delivery to do a handover of the new forklifts with our supervisors.

To be completely honest I’m not 100% sure what’s worse how rude the lady is at the spare parts desk or the 2 machines we have bought from them. Was speaking too another lady before she showed up and she was absolutely lovely. I have been there numerous times still yet too have a good experience. Would give you below a 1 star if I could.

Worst spare parts service I have ever experienced.Took my money and didn't send part.3 different people said they would find out where it is and ring me back. Still waiting .............Ended up asking for a refund 2 weeks later.Will never buy another Bobcat from them.

thankfully I don't have to get parts often as the parts dept are poor in both effort and attitude at least the one person I have been dealing with, ring at 9:30 to order parts turn up at 330 pm its just a scribble on a note pad still so I have to wait. Order parts again 4 months later we will call when ready haaaaa good one !!!! I hope management get these reviews

Cant say more positive things about the team, and especially Aaron. This man has gone above and beyond expectations and I couldn't be more appreciative. I have bought multiple machines with care free and easy transactions both times.Late night calls and before hours call were not a problem. I simply can not explained how impressed I am with the entire process.

Clark Brisbane killed it. Needed a forklift fast right before Xmas - We got got 4 quotes and Fraser @ Clark was A) fastest to quote, B) offered the best price, & C) offered fastest delivery.48 Hours later we are in business with exactly what we needed. Thanks for a great start!
