had to return a dress as i ordered the incorrect size and needed the replacement super quick - the team where awesome and made sure the refund was done within the same day of getting the item

Do all of my shopping at Luella and I have never been disappointed. If ever there is a problem it is always attended to and quickly addressed by the delightful Edish. Jeans, tops, jackets. dresses you name it i get it all from Luella my go to store. Thank you Edish for always looking after me you’re simply the best. ❤️

Husband purchased me some of the Luella joggers for me for Mother’s Day. The girls were so helpful, they organised a pair to be sent as soon as they arrived in. He got tracking details and was always kept up to date. Great customer service is what’s it’s all about! Thank you!

Recently ordered the billy jogger pants - totally love! The quality is really good and they’re super comfy, I did order a size up cause I was concerned about measurements which was right cause even a size up was almost too small. Ordered another pair (usually size 16, ordered 22 and they fit nicely, almost too big but super comfy. )In all honesty I’m super happy with the quality and how fast shipping is ( ordered at 230pm on the 24th and they arrived in brisbane on the 25th at 1030am) just make sure you get your sizing right.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
