Waited 50 mins for a cut after making an appointment, then left without attention

Absolute sweethearts! Able to squeeze me in when my appointment at another place was cancelled on me. Great conversations and feel of the place. Very friendly! Would definitely return! The price was excellent for the job and on the weekend!

Deeann was able to fit my 4 month old daughter in for a haircut with short notice, which I greatly appreciated. Deeann was friendly, patient and explained our options to tidy up my daughter's hair, which is still growing in.She did a wonderful job and it looks so much better!She was also fantastic when she previously cut my 2 year old son's hair. He was quite wriggly and she was very patient with him. She faced his chair towards the window and had him getting excited about counting trucks passing by, so he was happily distracted whilst she cut his hair.Thank you! We'll be back :)

I’d been looking for a place in Picton to have a haircut and knew that there were many places available. When I saw the sign out the front of Dee-Jays I was shocked by the price and decided to come back and have a go. The cynic in me felt a bit uneasy when I arrived as the price quoted on the sign was less than half what I had paid for my last two cuts.Deanne, the owner, greeted me warmly and directed me to one of the available chairs and Jodie introduced herself and we began discussing what to do with my hair.The conversation flowed easily and the cut was soon through. It looked great!Deanne, Jodie and I were chatting at the counter and it was time to pay the bill. I was shocked that it was exactly as the sign said. Wow!Two things stand out:1. The cut was of exceptional quality done by an extremely professional and skilled stylist!2. It was EXACTLY as advertised, no ‘bait and switch’, no hidden charges!If you want a great cut from a part of the community who has been operating at the same location in Picton for many years, go see the ladies at Dee-Jays.
