Come back after four years and I've felt it's slightly average. The food is great, but the atmosphere isn't. I usually order through UberEats and all is dandy and decided to come eat in today. Most of the restaurant isn't super clean - the displays have got spray marks from not being cleaned properly, the air filter on the drinks fridge is really dirty, the fryer has heaps of grease, and some of the tables really need a wipe down. Customer service was really mediocre - no upselling, no enjoy your food" after delivering. Plus

I have never had worse fish and chips sorry guys! The customer service was fast and fantastic but the food just ruined it completely. I ordered calamari flake and a potato cake all gluten free. The calamari batter was so thick you couldn't taste the calamari and it tasted sweet the flake was overcooked and very dry and the potato cake just tasted like a don't. Nothing was seasoned and I would never order here due to the completely inedible food. I threw mine in the bin after one bite of each!

Ordered a plain burger and battered burger. Both beef patties were raw. Pathetic. Rung to complain, offered no apology or refund. Definitely won't be back. Incompetent at cooking food and customer service. I definitely won't be back. Disappointing on all levels

Great value for the lunch fish and chips pack. They sell the thick style chips I like, fish always tastes fresh. Friendly and quick preparation of orders. Plus the staff are always cleaning which is a good sign. A+

Ordered burgers and grilled King George Whiting with chips to take away. The burgers were pretty good but the chips were an assortment of soggy, perfectly cooked, and overcooked. But the biggest problem was the fish. It was a really small piece of fish and was well over done. It was dry and quite unpleasant - not good for a fish and chip shop.
