AVOID AT ALL COST!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE!! I completely agree with another person who wrote that they are scammers. Excellent service when they try to get you to buy the product initially but absolutely terrible after sales service. Had a problem with my massage chair during lockdown and was told that I had to pay for postage to send it back to their warehouse for repair (even though ACCC said the supplier should cover cost of postage if it is a large item) or I'll have to wait until after lockdown to bring it back instore. I was concern that my warranty period might end by the time lockdown finished so I emailed them to explain and they called back to say that it was fine to bring it in after lockdown even after warranty period has ended. Ended up bringing it back instore 3 days after warranty period ended. However, was told by the salesperson that warranty has expired so I will have pay for the cost of repair. Apparently there was no record on file that a staff had called me in agreeing to cover cost of repair after the warranty period and there is no way to confirm as the staff who called no longer works there anymore. It is completely unfair that a consumer are to be penalised when they have been deceived by the business about the postage and not acknowledging a promise that was made by their ex-staff. Not to say that the quality of the massage chair itself is unacceptable as it broke down within a year after purchasing when I paid a few hundred bucks for it. Have already reported to ACCC for further investigation. I would rather pay a little more for a massage chair from a reputable brand that honours their promise to their customers.

The staff is very nice. Good service. The products are really good, massage very strong. I bought the massage cushion and the staff also supported me very well after I bought the product. If I don't know how to use, I asked her and she replied very quickly. Love it and highly recommend to buy!

I bought a Smart 8 neck cushion massager. After 7 months it stopped working. Cost me $150. Not cheap!!Took it back for repair with warranty period. Now 1 1/2 years later.... stopped working again! -Either it's poor workmanship or it wasn't repaired properly. Please save your money as it's not cheap!! For that price, I would expect a product to last longer!I recently gave feedback of my experience to the sales girl at a recent shopping mall selling Smart products.....all she could say was sorry ". She didn't even make the effort to compensate in any way at all!CUSTOMERS.....DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS!You can get cheaper products online for half the price!!"

Avoid!Awful customer service and misleading warrantyWe spent 5k on the massage chair and the bottom part stopped working 1.5 years later which is still within the warranty period. But they said we need to pay if it needs to replace with new parts. At the end we got charged for $500 bucks but it could be an easy fix changing the fuses.Additionally, We provided our current address in the email from the very start but the technician went to the old one and wanted to charge us an extra 50 bucks for the error they made which is horrible!Look somewhere else if you want to have reliable & honest customer services

I purchaded $700 foot Massage but it works ONLY for 3 days.The lady said i can exchange new one.Well, how about the new one still broken after 3 days? I want my money back but she said i can only do exchange.What kind of foot massager product is broken 3 days?Anyone please think before buying this product !

Please avoid this company unless you want to waste your money and time.Bought a massage chair and it broke within 2.5 months. Customer service refused to fix it or refund / exchange and we had to report to fair trading. It’s a scam! There are lots of other people having similar issues, please read all these reviews and don’t waste your money.

BEWARE- THEY WILL NOT HONOURED 1YR WARRANTY IF YOU CHANGE ADDRESS!!Such an important detail was not informed upfront at point of sale or detailed on the warranty card.This lack of transparency and integrity is extremely disappointing and misleading.We purchased the big red massage chair in August last year and have noticed from January 2021 that on occasion, there would be a sudden extremely loud clunking noise like it's breaking for maximum of a minute but then continue as normal. Then last month I noticed that the lower rollers sometimes stopped working on a program but not consistently.Conscious that warranty is expiring soon, I contact headquarters to see if could be reviewed as I was afraid Id be unlucky and it might just have a bigger problem after warranty period. I was told you have to have film videos which was impossible for the sparatic clunking noise that's only happened 3-4 times across the year.Then a week later I notice the neck and shoulder rollers stopped working completely and the back roller stopped during one massage and I was able to video these instances knowing now that it was required. Almost relieved that it happened before and not after warranty expiry. However,as we organise pick-up I'm told that as our address did not match the warranty card at point that I would now need to pay for assessment and repair. Why could you not simply update the address??This is particularly upsetting as our landlord terminated our lease on the last day in a dodgy move that meant we had to move out of our duplex in 30days. And this is while I have a 2 month old and 3yo with my partner working 6 days a week in Wollongong hospital. It was the most stressful event of my life.Also, if the reason they don't want to accept change of address is because they are afraid of damage, this could be easily confirmed by assessing the condition of the chair. We had excellent movers and naturally v careful with our high value goods.The purchase of warranty is manufacture faults which this clearly is for smth you pay thousands of dollars for but stars having problems just after months!?!!I will try escalate and hopefully resolve this matter with them but I want ppl to be aware upfront of this very unreasonable condition that is not in fine print or communicated BEFORE you buy.We originally were looking at OSIM as our parents have had these all their life but like the programs SMART offered for the price too and with warranty was worth a try.I actually recommended this chair to friends before and the ones that bought it also don't know any moving voiding warranty!

My partner paid the deposit for the SU7 it has now been 3 months with no correspondence about the product being delivered.Just emailed them asking for a refund of the deposit, very disgusting that we were promised a 4 week wait for the product and it’s now been nearly 3 months.One would think that a company would at least let customers know if there is a longer than usual wait time for a product especially when you have to handover a phone number.I would not recommend this company to anyone not even someone I dislike immensely.Find yourself a more reputable company to buy from that actually cares about their customers not scamming them.

WARNING DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS, I purchased the massage seat for $370 with 1 year warranty, its will last for 3 months and then it starts to break down, when I try to return it to the bankstown centre the rude lady said there is nothing wrong with it, clearly I haven't anything better to do on a Sunday but ague with this rude person. There products are weak and faulty and willing to try whatever to avoid giving you the warranty replacement or refund. I'm reporting to the customer's complaint department to stop others from getting ripped of

The chair is amazing!!! My family and I have had it for a few weeks already and we still use it every day!! The ladies who served us were lovely and helped us greatly. 100% recommend!!!
