Dropped same day and picked our bin on a very short notice. Skip bin was also new.

We have used these guys several times in the last few weeks. They were great so helpful working out sizes and there was no strict timeline on how long we could have the bin for. They came picked it up when we said it was full. Would definitely recommend these guys.

DO NOT BOOK through anything with this company and especially through their agent Book a Bin. The Bin NEVER arrived. The person answering the phone simply argues it was delivered and the run sheet proves it. When you say it wasn't and this is why you are calling he will tell you he doesn't like your behaviour and i need to go and complain to book a bin. You call their 'agent' book a bin and all you get is a voice recording. This is disgraceful service and person at GG Bin hire cannot prove where the bin was delivered, or even tell me when the bin that was allegedly delivered was collected. He gets angry at you for wanting to resolve the issue and says 'not my problem'. Their booked and paid for bin was NEVER delivered and they refuse to assist. BEWARE this scam! I had to call in on a private number as when I tried to call many times to get assistance I had the call cancelled. He then proceeded to tell me they closed early in Saturday because 'we have a life'. $380 for a service we never got. The worker is rude, dismissive and simply happy to steal money and not deliver the service.Be wary of the fake reviews praising their service!EDIT :Response to Owner's Response.We have written correspondence advising that the Bin booking was put on hold. Phone call and email on 11 May advising we needed to postpone the booking. Told to call back when needed to rebook. Owner denies ever receiving the written confirmation. We rebooked bin on Saturday 20 May 2023 (phone called made at 9.23 am) via phone. Told it would arrive 12-2 that day and we were thrilled that they could accommodate that day. It did not turn up. We called that afternoon to chase it up (during their business hours and today Owner advises that the person we spoke to 'didn't know what he was talking ab out' despite them taking the booking on 20/5.We did not just realise a month later no bin has arrived. We are chasing the re-booking that did not arrive. it was not delivered on the 11th. It was not picked up on the 12th. We are speaking out the reschedule of the 20/5 2023.The owner cannot provide evidence of any pick up or drop off. Basically, happy to take the booking fee and not fulfil the job paid for.Why the hell would I bother chasing up bin if they say it was done? Why would I go to this much trouble if the owner is telling the truth?No bin has ever arrived.No bin has ever been picked up.They refused to honour the change of the date as promised.
