I've been to this shop several times, some times good and sometimes bad. But this time was worst I ever had. I did brazilian waxing and the staff finished in 10min. She didn't remove it all. Even she didn't tell me how's it, just told me it's finished and left room. I never ever come back agian.

I got the Brazilian wax at the woolloongabba location. Karm did an absolutely wonderful job and made the experience (which I was nervous about) very pleasant! I felt very comfortable here and it was very clean!
