Our beginner's class is a lot of fun and our teacher Samuel is wonderful - good sense of humour, helpful, and a great teaching style. Occasionally the content feels hard for beginners but maybe that's just French verb conjugation!

I'm loving my French lessons with Samuel, the pace of learning is just right - I never feel overwhelmed, and little by little I'm getting there. The lessons are also a lot of fun, shared with a great bunch of people, Sam really makes learning another language enjoyable - it's one of the highlights of my week, being back in the classroom again!

When my teacher at another school left to return to Belgium, I was given FALC as suggested alternative. Last week was my first class and I'm impressed. Good venue, great teacher and nice blend of classmates. A great discovery

I've learned bits of French on and off all my life and this is the first place that could take me from beginner to complete fluency. I'm now in my 10th year with FALC and I enjoy it too much to stop!!. I've met many of the teachers and they are all incredible. The variety of topics covered in both grammar and conversation is excellent, as well as the optional and numerous social and cultural events. Very highly recommended!

I have been learning French at French a La carte for several years and find that they are very supportive of everyone. The lessons are interesting and well planned. It is a relaxed style of learning and I have made many good friends whilst there. There are many opportunities for international and domestic immersions as well as holiday workshops and activities that celebrate french culture.

French a la Carte is a very effective way to learn the French language. I'm now in Term 2 and really enjoying the lessons delivered by my French teacher Clémence who is very patient & approachable.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my one and a half years with French a la Carte. Their style is very conducive to learning and maintaining enthusiasm to continue a life skill that brings so much more than just the newly learnt language. Our teacher creates not only a relaxed learning environment, but helps create connections with fellow students, providing an extra benefit to the experience
