What was suppose to be a simple watch crystal replacement did more harm then good on my watch. I had to come here two times to rectify the issue of an incorrect chapter ring alignment, dust being all over the inside of the watch, and a glaring fingerprint inside. It was annoying as I repeatedly told them multiple times on the issues I had and it was still done incorrectly.Now the winding up of my Seiko 4R36 movement is crunchy and I suspect damage in the movement. You would think for a jeweller who owns a watch/jewellery store, there would be a standard of professionalism in the way they handle there repairs. Extremely dissapointed. Definitely not coming here ever again. If the repair was not possible at your skill calibre you shouldn't have attempted it.EDIT: Took watch to a professional horologist and it's shown that Watch Crystal was not even installed properly (note the gap). Movement must now need to be replaced due to incorrect handling. These repairs will now cost me $200 for a job that was suppose to be $50.

Brought my watch in for battery replacement. Hadn't used the watch in years. Charged me $20 to replace the battery and 2 hours later the watch was dead. Come to find out after Googling... This watch does not have a battery! Blatant rip off so now chasing my $20. Will definitely report to Fair Trading.

I dropped my Longines watch and cracked the glass, took it to a number of places who were charging triple what I paid and it would have taken 6 weeks longer. Immaculate workmanship & service, I just wouldn't go elsewhere!

The damage he cost to my watch for what was meant to be a simple repair will now cost me $200+ to fix (not to mention the hours of my time he's wasted). When I pointed out the mechanical damage he caused to my watch internally he couldn't comprehend.. This is simple stuff that any half decent watch repairer should be able to doInstead of admitting his wrongs, he claimed there was no damage. How could you not see the damage you had done to my dial and watch face? This is your job for gods sake!DO NOT GO HERE. You have been warned. Look elsewhere for watch repairs
