I had a flat tyre today and thank my lucky stars that i broke down opposite this fine business. Richard the owner came to my aid and offered to move my car into his workshop while he phoned the tyre shop down the road, removed my tyre, drove me down to the tyre shop waited and then drove me back, fitted my new tyre and wouldn't take a cent! This man has restored my faith in humanity. What a top bloke, safe to say i dropped off a slab of his favourite beer to say thank you (thanks to his lovely receptionist for secretly letting me know it was Corona's :)). Thank you again Richard for being so kind and generous! :)

Two of my cars got hit by a rubbish truck, both at the rear of the vehicle on the bumper and side panel. Booroondara City Council would only fix one of them. Acclaim did an amazing job on the first car and for no additional cost fixed the dent in the other car as well. Excellent repair and customer service.

Richard and his team at Acclaim Hawthorn repaired the front end of my Mazda 3. It was badly scratched and dented on one side. They replaced the front bumper, repaired the wheel panel and completely retouched up the paint on the car. I looks phenomenal like it’s a brand new car. I was most impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism. Richard even took the time to give the car a total clean outside and inside which wasn’t in the scope of works. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Acclaim in the future. It’s very hard to find trustworthy people in the car industry but Richard is a rare find.

I highly recommended Acclaim if you want decent people to look after your car. My car got long scratches on the door panel, I was lucky to meet Richard and he told me that it was not necessary to fix it but touch-up paint will do the job. He even offered paint without charges.
