JASON! what an absolute dream to do business with. I had been given the run around on a few private sale bikes and I stumbled across the fat bob for sale at Highway. As I was flying out the next day for a week . Jason was able to get the bike on hold for me while I sorted out funds and before I flew back in to perth the bike was mine. A special shout out to Emma for putting me onto Jason. Everything from viewing the bike, swift communication! and extremely knowledgeable on actual run down of the features. The team at highways is amazing but thanks to Jason as the upgrade and new business bike is amazing!

I wanted to thank Highway Harley-Davidson for the high quality of service they demonstrated while looking for (and purchasing) my first Harley Davidson.I was lucky enough to deal with Jason who from the get-go was extremely professional and was more than happy to take the time to answer any questions I had. After explaining what my needs were, he walked me through the store and pointed out several models with pro's and con's for each.The refreshing part of this was the honest feedback around what wouldn't work for me and no pressure around upselling or exceeding the budget I had mentioned.The outcome of this great service is that I'm now the happy owner of a 2017 Breakout and would happily recommend to anyone that they head to Highway Harley-Davidson and specifically ask for Jason when it comes to their next purchase!

Have to say this was one of the most pleasing experiences, when purchasing a new vehicle. Which I'm still to recieve due to always requesting more parts. Very accommodating as its currently used as my personal bike storage.Went in to enquire about putting down a disposit on a new 2023 standard and they we're fast to offer me into something else with added extras at a very competitive price. After going to Rockingham Harley Davidson and them giving me a retail quote, I was happy to see staff eager to move stock and accommodate customers. I apologise to their parts staff with my random emails at odd hours requesting more work completed on my bike.Won't go any where else.Regards,Chris
