Andersens Noosa

From my first visit to Andersens at Noosa, the service I received was fabulous. I was given several good sized samples of carpet to take home to see what would look best in our house and suit our space and pets. The next step was ordering and booking a date for the carpet to be laid, both of which were handled in a very friendly manner and so efficiently. When I had to change the date due to an unforeseen accident Andersens were just so accommodating in meeting both my needs and timeframe. Now the carpet is laid I have to say the entire team from ordering through to laying were fabulous and the end result is exactly what we wanted, great quality carpet with no hassle.

I have had excellent service at the Noosa store and the carpet installers have been so professional each time I have had their carpets laid. They didn't leave a mark on my newly painted walls even though they had large areas to carpet in one go. My painter was impressed too. I would definitely recommend this company for the quality of their carpets and their carpet laying skills.

Thank you to everyone at Andersens Noosa. We have never met a more helpful, friendly or dedicated team. Our experience in choosing floor coverings for our new home has been seamless to say the least. We are so grateful for your efforts and could not be happier. Many, many thanks :-)

We had to get new carpet in our house before Christmas. The team at Andersens were fantastic - great choice of carpets and the laying was done expertly and earlier than originally planned.

I found Jo absolutely amazing:1. Jo went out of her way to help me get water damage to the floor fixed. Jo contacted several floor layers who were booked out a couple of months in advance to assist and persisted over several weeks until the job was completed. Jo’s kindness was greatly appreciated.2. Jo has also had the carpet replaced in the bedrooms. Again I really appreciated this. I received several telephone calls from other staff members during the process. Great customer support from beginning to end of the process.The team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. I would recommend them unreservedly.
