My favourite way to start the morning is with Inflow! The instructors always give options for beginner/ intermediate spring choices and keep each class new and exciting! Highly recommend classes at Inflow Birtinya!

I love it at Inflow Birtinya! Every class is different, there are always options for all levels. Alyse and the team are amazing - friendly, helpful and supportive. Reformer pilates has become my favourite thing!

I love love love this Pilates studio. Each instructor brings their own flair and personality, the space is so comfortable and the community is diverse and supportive. Each class gives something different and is delivered with the expertise of each instructor. I recommend this studio and community to everyone I meet, I am so happy to be a part of it.

Wow!! I absolutely love Inflow Pilates at Birtinya! Alyse is so welcoming, professional and kind. The studio accommodates all levels and the different classes keep you challenged, interested and motivated! All the instructors are awesome! I would highly recommend! Pilates is a wonderful addition to your day!

I'm new to pilates, my daughter and I decided to try Inflow Birtinya as had a friend recommended it, our first class was with Alyse and she made us feel very comfortable, such a wonderful studio, I love all the different classes and the other instructors are also really nice ! It's a great time spent with My teenage Daughter, really look forward to it each week. Thanks Inflow ☺️
