Fantastic Handyman

Addendum to this review: Fantastic Service did pay me a cancelation fee, so they are responsive to criticism. Which is a very important trait.Leaving the review below as originally stated.I had a horrible experience with Fantastic Service.They canceled my end of lease cleaning 3 minutes before it was due to being started.This is after calling the day before to make sure everything was still well organised and getting their confirmation that this was so.Then offered to reschedule 2 weeks later, but we had requested an end of lease cleaning; we won’t have the keys in two weeks. Somebody else will be living and establish in the unit in two weeks. What kind of offer is that?My wife and I had to scramble to rush to buy a bunch of cleaning products, miss on work to spend the day cleaning the unit. This is also putting the agent and new tenants who were moving in a bind due to the uncertainty that the unit might not be ready to move in.Never use Fantastic Service.The reason for cancelation was they had not planned that a cleaner could feel unwell after a vaccination. We are a year in of these vaccines, it is a well known that many need to take a day off after their jabs. I sympathise for the cleaner, but I am livid at Fantastic Cleaner, their main job is to schedule services. Planning for vaccination should be fully integrated in their systems by now. They have failed at their primary role.Never use Fantastic Service.

Never got back to me regarding quote

I was really impressed with the handyman service I used. The worker arrived early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was also polite and cleared up afterward. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and will be using it again in the future.
