As someone who has been in the industry for a while now, I can confirm that this company is committed to the highest level of care. What's different compared to other companies is that they also value their employees and listen to their feedback. Highly recommend them if you are looking for support or if you are a support worker looking for a job.

3 months ago we reached out to Lunacare to assist with the care of my mum whom requires 7 days a week of care. With 2 hours we had a care roster to meet mums needs and had the team work with us to trial carers until we found the perfect fit for mum, now transitioned to a group home they supported mum in her transition and continue to promptly find care for mum when there are cancellations with other companies. Overall high quality carers with profession staff.

Danielle and the team at LunaCare are experienced, passionate, and professional. They have made a real difference in my friends life by teaching him to cook, upkeep his home and learn to be more responsible. He especially loves his worker Juan who is kind, down to earth and supportive. LunaCare is flexible when changes arise and do their best to adapt to meet my friends needs. You certainly get what you pay for. Keep up the great work team!
