My FootDr Podiatry Wantirna

Be careful when dealing with this company. They sent me the wrong post-op shoe but then claimed the one they sent 'would do the job'. It wasn't the one I showed a picture to both my podiatrist and physiotherapist before purchasing.. and why wasn't I asked if it was ok to send something else? Then I was told they didn't have the one I wanted but it's still being advertised. Yes, they did offer to give me a refund but only if I send the wrong one back at MY expense. This would be fine if I had just changed my mind... it was NOT my mistake. Being a pensioner I cannot afford the shipping back so I lose out.Rude and dishonest people.All I asked for is what I paid for. Surely this is not reasonable. I purchased shoe before Christmas and received it a few days before Dec 25th... when I rang to complain they said someone would get back to me by the 7th January. It didn't happen... It was bad enough I (and my three broken toes) had to wait this long... but now we've lost out big time. BAD BUSINESS

Very disappointed . I was called by the clinic to change my online appointment and they gave me a different date and time . When I got there I was just informed that the new appointment was canceled and could not give an explanation why this was done .I travelled from a distance to attend the appointmentVery unhappy .The least they could have done is to call up to let me know the appointment is canceled.U have lost a loyal customer who has been visiting the clinic for many years now

Super duper friendly and professional. These guys know their stuff. Plus they have a large selection of footwear #happyfeetforlife.

Quality treatment received by treating practitioners along with friendly reception staff.I have been treated by the orthotist at the clinic for a number of issues over the past 3 years with the most comfortable and effective orthotics I have ever had - I have worn numerous different types of orthotics for the past 11 years.

I dont write reviews often, but the team at My FootDr Wantirna turned my life around from miserable to wonderful! I was suffering from extremely painful warts on both my feet. They were right on the pressure points under my heel, which basically felt like walking on sharp pebbles. Forget about running, riding bikes or any outdoor activities. After going to the GP and trying a different podiatrist with unsatisfactory results, I tried My FootDr. Brennan and the team diagnosed and treated my warts with great care and expertise. 5 visits later I am kicking the footy with my son and back doing mountain biking. So a huge thanks to Brennan, Steven and Rachel!! Trust the process and trust the team, you wont be dissapointed.

Fantastic clinic, would highly recommend to anyone! Finally made me some orthotics that worked for me. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm very disappointed at having to write this review regarding my experience at Wantirna Complete Feet.After wearing a Cam boot for a broken bone in ankle, I am now experiencing physio problems due to a lack of knowledge by one staff member. I was informed by a surgeon and two independent physios that the management of my injury was incorrect and in fact probably either didn't need a boot at all for that type of injury or the wrong type of boot fitted. I was also advised to wear the boot to bed which was incorrect. I was in the boot for 5 weeks too long hence the problems I am having now. I do not think the orthotist had adequate knowledge of my injury.I informed the practice by a phone-call and was promised a follow-up phone call which I did not receive.I would not recommend this practice.

Excellent health care for feet of all ages. They aim to fix you and for me after 4 years of drs and specialists who did nothing Rainer fixed me in weeks. The staff listen and observe your gait and actually have a workshop laboratory on site to make address issues with feet..Of all my recommendations this one is number one and I tell everyone young and old to go here and let them help you look after your feet for life. Money well spent.

Get a second opinion!!!I initially went to complete feet and was fitted with orthotics. During a review session I asked about a lump that had apppeared on the back of my foot. The podiatrist had absolutely no idea about it! Which was strange considering podiatrists deal with feet.My orthotics were altered in this session and I continued using them for a about 6 months, until the pain I was experiencing was unbearable.So I went to a different clinic.The podiatrist here told me to throw my orthotics in the bin!!! They were making my problem worse and there is now a possibility of needing surgery!Definitely seek a second opinion!!! My new podiatrist mentioned that sometimes people are orthotist, and not podiatrist meaning they can make orthotics, but they will not necessarily be good for you!

Following up on my review from last time the clinic sent me a mail saying that i called up to cancel the appointment i had booked and i may not recall that i had cancelled .Some one from the clinic called me to change the appointment and i agreed to a time for which i had to juggle work to get there .Please check your phone conversations and do not wrong report that i had called and cancelled .NOT professional at all and NOT happy with they way they responded .I will not be going back if this is the way you are going to treat your customers
