A terrible experience.*would not recommend to anyone*My massage was ok, my brothers masseuse kept aggravating his foot injury even after being reminded multiple times not to. It was so bad he couldn’t walk afterwards.I was lied to about being able to claim both mine and my brothers massages under my health insurance (didn’t know you can’t do that, now I know that can’t be done) and the lady practically made it impossible to claim that unless I go back to Melbourne central just to get a tax invoice which I doubt they can provide with ease. Phone number is also disconnected so I can’t even call them to request it to be emailed.

This is the place I go most often for a 20-30 minute neck, shoulders and back massage (sometimes I switch it up and do arms or feet too). I am giving them a solid 4 stars because for the price they charge, they consistently do a good job. Some masseurs are better than others (not sure of their names but a couple in particular are really good) but out of all the times I’ve been over the last few years (many times!) I’ve probably only had 2-3 massages I was disappointed with – but I would say that most reecently (this year) I’ve been happy with every experience.

The therapist here has a gifted hands. Been getting my massage here every week. Highly recommended and the price is reasonable for such a great service. The foot massage is a must try.

Nice friendly staff but not really helpful. Only feel alright during the massage, after I got back home, my shoulder is getting worst.

Steven was great :) feeling very rejuvenated. My only fault would be the loud shopping centre music can be heard. I'd recommend wearing earphones for ultimate relaxation.
