Insight Early Learning - Joondalup

Really happy about my experience so far. My daughter is going through a very clingy stage and the educators are giving her the care and attention she needs, I feel very comfortable dropping her off. The outdoor play area and aesthetic of the room is beautiful, a lot of natural materials, quality toys and books. The educators are lovely and the Centre Manager seems quite hands on. Would recommend to anyone.

As an educator and a parent at Insight early learning I could not be happier with the care and educational experiences that are provided and given to my children. My daughter has attended since we opened in March and she loves it so much! She is always quick to get into the centre and greet her loving educators with a big hello and a cuddle! My son attends casually and he loves it just as much, its hard to get them to leave at the end of the day!The educators really make my children feel welcome and having the OWNA app is even better as I recieve photos and information about my children's day.A huge bonus is the amazing natural environment and the beautiful rooms that we have at the service! All the rooms are set up and always look so inviting for the children!I would highly recommend Insight early learning Joondalup to anyone and everyone!

My son has recently started in the nursery room & thanks to the excellent educators has settled in without any issues at all. Not one tear! He is always kept busy & well fed and comes home exhausted from a day of playing. I looked around a lot of daycares and feel this centre is superior in terms of care, environment and communication. The age range split, children ratio & outdoor areas are a big positive for me. I would highly recommend to any family or friends.

Great facilities and wonderful carers. The indoor area is spacious and well-organised. There's an excellent garden too. The caretakers are proactive in communicating with us parents. We also get updates on the little one's activities through the day via a mobile app.

My son Mack just loves it here.At nine months old he started to become very clingy to his mumma and wouldn't go to anyone else. So in preparation for work we decided to put him in at Insight early learning.Now after about 3 weeks my boy is so excited to get to nursery, he almost bounces out of his car seat with excitement. He even pushes off me when we arrive so he can play!!The facilities are fantastic and the garden is awesome. The garden was a huge pull to why we sent our boy. Sandpits, mud garden, hills, plants, safe slides, so much shade and shelter so good all year round.The team are lovely and very welcoming and great with the children.I'm very happy we made the decision to take him to insight early learning.Thanks everyone

We are so happy with Insight! My little one is 7 months old and having all our family interstate, he hasn’t spent any time away from us. The ladies at Insight have been so helpful with the transition to daycare and I know our boy will be well taken care of in the years to come!

Good thing- Lots of spaceDownside-1. some educators are good some are not that professional. Managers are not that welcoming that might have changed now, don’t know.2. My daughter used to go there when she was 8 months, when I dropped her they user to gather children from all rooms in a big room which I found quite cold in the early winter morning, don’t know they turns the heater on or not. Manager should look into that.3 . They lack individual child support system

I didn’t like leaving my son here, there were always different staff members and they never seemed to know who he was, it was frightening. The place is too big with too many staff turnovers. The outdoor area is shared with all ages which was also a concern, my son was then bit on the forehead on his second day by a much older child. We’ve now moved somewhere much smaller and the difference in care is huge!

Reviews looked good but unfortunately I experienced a rude, condescending and inconsiderate older carer who cared more about embarrassing others in front of her peers than being an ambassador for her employer.It's a shame because I have young kids that need daycare. However when entrusting my kids with carers I look to the qualities displayed by them. This interaction proved the carer lacked communication skills and compassion. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere as I do not want my kids learning from carers who are unable to effectively communicate nor ones who will standby watching inappropriate behaviour without stepping in.Makes you question what qualities kids are witnessing, enduring and ultimately, being taught.

Beautiful and natural playscapes and learning interior with beautiful carers and management. I have peace of mind knowing my son is well taken care of while I work 5 days a week. He enjoys his daily adventure in the large outdoor play area or the Montessori toys indoors.
