Only a 30 day returns policy even if the item is in perfect condition, unused and tags and the receipt are present with the item. Ridiculous policy!

Bought a couple of firearms recently from Sports Hut. Friendly staff. Product knowledge and service from the top shelf. Outstanding. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dad passed a while ago.. they were used to hold his guns until estate settled. I was told I would notified if and when the gun would go up for sale so I could repurchase them. Was just told they had already be sold on! Disappointing as they call themselves a family business.

Having been let down by Moroko30 I ordered a Moroko30 Quartermaster meat pack from Sports Hut yesterday. I was amazed and delighted when it was delivered to me up in Brisbane this morning just in time for a hunting trip!Absolutely awesome service, I can not rate Sports Hut high enough. Excellent customer service and fast shipping.I originally purchased a pair of boots that turned outo not to be, and after a few emails with the store I received a substitute of greater value at no extra cost. I was also offered refund of course.Thank you...Will shop again!
