Had cheapest petrol in Perth. Next cheapest ULP was 10cents a litre more.

Just had the worst experience ever at Vibe Byford with a sexist, unprofessional attendant. Arrived and couldn't fill up, went in and asked if I could put $50 in my car. Got told Eftpos wasn't working so went and got $50 out of atm, gave it to the man, went to fill up but hadn't even lifted the nozzle yet. Guy came over the loudspeaker to say bowsers where down and would be back up in a few minutes. So waited 20 minutes and went back to guy asking if I could just have my money back to be told that the machine says I put $50 in and there was nothing he could do about it. Offer to show him in my car that there wasn't $50 worth of fuel in it. Once again got told nothing he could do and he wouldn't give me money back. So in tears called me husband asking him to help with the situation. Husband arrived and was told the same until he mentioned calling the police to deal with the problem, husband offered to show him the fuel in car and he accepted and ended up giving my husband the money back. Have never been served by such a sexist unprofessional person in my life. Will never be going back here ever again.

Regularly the cheapest in Byford. Always polite staff.

Excellent customer service early in the morning.

This store accepts doordash deliveries yet when the doordash driver turns up to collect delivery orders the staff tell the driver that they don't do delivery from this store yet then call the customer and have them cancel the order which then means the doordash delivery driver doesn't get paid for the delivery. Poor form sort your store out!!

Absolutely disgusting experience at this fuel station. The higher management lacks basic people skills and showed a complete lack of professionalism by shouting at their employees in front of customers. It was clear that the manager had no respect for his staff or the customers. I will never set foot in this place again and I highly recommend others avoid it as well. The management needs to take some lessons in customer service and treating employees with dignity and respect. 1 star is too generous for this poorly run establishment.

i'd already filled my tank but had forgotten my card at home after run and my tap&pay wouldnt work. but attendant was very understanding and we were able to reach some understanding
