I've used these guys for a couple years now for all my painting and bodywork needs. Their customer service is excellent! Whether they're offering a lift or staying late on a Friday for me, they're always putting the customer first! Professional quality, couldn't even tell there was damage. Keep up the good work!

WARNING!!!!! Worst crash repair business I have ever come across. I seriously could have done a better job myself. Not only did they fail to remove the dents properly the paintwork that was carried out was absolutely disgusting.The prep work looked as though it was non existent and the front of the car was darker than the rest of the car. The bonnet that had been slightly twisted in the accident was never adjusted as instructed. The repair work was so bad that I had to inform my Insurer who sent out an Assessor to inspect the car leading to them paying me a second time to have the car repaired properly elsewhere. I can't stress enough how much people should avoid this crash repair business. The only good thing that has come out of my experience with them is that I have saved family and friends from going through what I went through with this business when they too required a crash repairer to repair damage to their cars after accidents. What should have been a simple repair turned into a nightmare and I was left with a car that I felt they had totally destroyed and this was after two attempts of them trying to repair the car properly. The first time I went to pick the car up the drivers side door had not been resprayed at all. The two large scratches simply looked to me as though they had tried to polish them out. I spoke to Cory with a witness present and explained to him that it stated on my Insurance claim that the drivers side door was to be completely resprayed.There were also other blemishes and shoddy workmanship that I told him I wasn't happy about. Even my witness was disgusted that such a poor job had been done and whispered to me not to accept it. I honestly think I was in shock that such a bad job had been done to be honest that I could hardly even speak especially when I honestly felt as though my car was in safe hands with these repairers when I had originally dropped my car in to be repaired. Cory was quite angry however that I wasn't going to accept the car as it was but agreed to repair it to my satisfaction before stating that he wasn't going to make any money at all out of the job since he had to do it a second time. I left with my witness confident that it would be repaired properly the second time. Sadly it wasn't to be. After leaving my car with them again it appeared they weren't in a hurry to repair it to the point that I had to make several phone calls to speak to Charlotte in regards to why it was taking so long. She told me at one point that the painter was having trouble matching the paint which I felt was a valid excuse but still the days dragged on until I had finally had enough and told her the wait was getting ridiculous. Finally the day came when I picked the car up. Foolishly I thought it would not be possible for them to still not to be able to repair it properly the second time so didn't look too closely but a day or so later I realized that the front of the car was a completely different shade of silver than the rest of the car. I had previously asked the painter if he would have trouble matching the paint and he more or less laughed at me and said it wouldn't be a problem at all. Upon realizing that the front of my car was a completely different colour than the rest of the car I rang Sunraysia Crash Repairs and spoke to Cory and explained that the front of the car was much darker than the rest of the car. He told me he was sick of my car and wasn't doing another thing to it. I told him that was fine but I would now be contacting my Insurance Company to inform them of the shoddy repairs and that I would also be leaving a bad review about their business. There was silence at the end of the phone and I then stated to him that I could not believe what they had done to me. He then hung up the phone. The photographic evidence of their workmanship cannot be denied and I still have not ruled out contacting Acurrent Affair or other media outlets to warn others of this business and in fact I have been encouraged by many people to do just that after they too have seen the shocking evidence.

What an excellent example of customer service this company provides! They delivered on all their promises and also provided me access to my repaired car outside of normal hours. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I had a minor accident in my Audi. The customer service this company provides was excellent and aside from the exceptional workmanship their quote was more than competitive.I would not hesitate in recommending them.
