I went to get 2 of my nails fixed and they ended up giving it to me for free. The staff were so patient and kind. They do a great job and excellent line work.

would rate 0 starsrushed from beginning to end.you arrive they say they will get to you in 2 minutes. waited 45 minutes for them to even begin.if you can’t take the capacity then don’t. they ask you to pay via PAYID and get an attitude when you want to pay by card.will NEVER EVER return to this place!!!!

Have never been disappointed with my nails here. But today I was blown away! The lovely guy there did my nails, and holy moly, the BEST set I've ever had!!! I've had to use other places in the past, because I haven't been able to get there, but now I'm hooked!! $45 for a full infill with two colours! In and out, no swapping technicians, an absolute joy today! ❤️

Got my nails removed here with a friend. We booked an appointment the day before and when we came in, it was packed with people and very busy. We had to wait 45 mins until a worker was available. Eventually, I got a seat and started my process there, while my friend started her nail removing process at a WAITING SEAT. This business clearly does not care and cannot provide basic customer service at all. The workers were switching to work between different customers, which I had no issue with, however the process that should only have taken DEFINITELY less than 40 min took OVER 2 HOURS.Yet, the worker did not put care nor do a neat job in removing my acrylic nails. She left very visible glue and scratch marks and my nails became excessively weak. I am in pain with 2 of my nails as they are slightly bent.I definitely DO NOT recommend this place whatsoever. They do not care a single bit about the safety and comfort of customers, and solely focus on the profit they earn. They are located in a very good, eye-capturing spot, however I recommend going to a different nail salon no matter how far away. I would give this store no stars if I could.

I tried this place in October. I went in for a French mani and pedi. They rushed to finish. The nails were shaped terribly, the polish was thick and underneath the nail wasn’t cleaned up at all. I thought I’d give them another chance, in case they were having an off day. So I went in a couple of weeks later to get the acrylics and polish removed. BAD IDEA. She cut my cuticle so bad that it kept bleeding and she kept putting acetone on it which burned severely. While I was there I noticed that not everyone was treated the same. Those from ethnic backgrounds received poor quality and quick service, while others were given better service and more time, hence they received better results. A waste of money. I definitely won’t be going back and would not recommend.

I come here all the time to get my nails done and rarely have issues. I definitely recommended coming here especially if you want a design done on your nails. There is a guy who works here (not sure of his name) that is just absolutely amazing at doing the designs. I usually get complex designs that include thin lines or tiny drawings, and he has never disappointed me and is very talented. I recommend coming here as the pricing is also great. I suggest to bring cash as that is what they prefer.

They make every kind of art in your nails, and they have really good techniques, many tools, and many nail polish. The place is pretty small, but they have a lot of staff. Recommended better go during the week, on weekends can get so busy
